Homemade Ice Cream

When I was scrolling through my Facebook news feed I ran across a YouTube video on how to make homemade ice cream in 10 minutes.  We decided to give it a try.  All you need is: Cream, sugar, 2 zip lock bags, ice, salt, and mittens.  You put the cream and a little bit of sugar in the first zip lock bag.  Than in the other bag put ice cubes and salt.  The salt brings the temperature of the ice cubes even colder.  Put the cream bag inside of the ice cube bag and shake for about 10 minutes.  You use the mittens to protect your hands from getting really cold.  The kids loved watching the liquid turn into ice cream.  We added sprinkles to make it look pretty.  And it was YUMMY!
